John Bredenkamp has many calls for help from Zimbabweans and others for financial or other assistance. Some years ago he took the decision to adopt, as his main charity, the free distribution of wheelchairs to the disabled.
To date over 3000 Wheelchairs have been distributed constituting a very meaningful humanitarian contribution to the Zimbabwean disabled population.
The Wheelchair programme is run in conjunction with the “Wheelchairs of the World Foundation” whose patrons are the King and Queen of Spain.
